Public Information Requests

 

The Office of Constituent Services seeks to provide the stakeholders of Beaumont ISD with all requested information in accordance with district policy, and state and federal guidelines. Please see the submission options below to ensure that your request is processed expediently and completely.

Public Information Requests:

Beaumont Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act. Please adhere to the following to ensure that your request is filled expediently and appropriately.

All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:

  • Your name,
  • Address,
  • Phone number,
  • Fax number, if available, 
  • Email address, if available, and
  • Description of the information and/or document being requested.

Media Requests

Beaumont Independent School District will provide information to the media at the discretion of the Communications Department.  All requests should be submitted to BISD in writing via email at media.request@beaumont.k12.tx.us. Urgent requests should be accompanied by a phone call to 409-617-5042.  Questions regarding the submission of media requests should be directed to Ms. Eugheia Simon, Information Coordinator, at 409-617-5154.

 

Student Records

Requests for student records should be submitted to the student’s home campus.  Please click here for campus contact information.  Questions regarding the submission of requests for student records should directed to the campus, however, if additional information is necessary, Ms. Eugheia Simon, Information Coordinator can be contacted at at 409-617-5154.  

 

Requests for transcripts of students graduating on or before June 2, 2012 should be directed to the Student Services Department at 409-617-5109.
