Public Information Requests

Beaumont Independent School District, as a local governmental entity, is subject to the requirements of the Texas Public Information Act.

All requests must be submitted in writing and should contain:

  • Your name,
  • Address,
  • Phone number,
  • Fax number, if available, 
  • Email address, if available, and
  • Description of the information and/or document being requested.

Requests for transcripts and diplomas should be directed to the special services department at (409) 617-5109. All other requests must be sent as follows:
