Welcome from the Principal

It is with great pride and excitement that I continue to serve as the principal of Homer Drive Elementary!

As your returning principal, it is my sincere pleasure and honor to continue serving our students, staff, and community. I am thrilled to be a part of the Beaumont ISD innovative Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) program and to witness firsthand the incredible opportunities it provides for our students.

All of our stakeholders are valued members of the Homer Drive community, and it is my hope that each of you will continue to embrace the ACE model and work with our staff to meet the needs of our students. I look forward to reconnecting with each of you and discussing ways to further support our campus.

There are five pillars within the ACE Model which guide our staff as we strive to educate the whole child: strategic staffing, instructional excellence, extended day, social-emotional learning, and partnerships with parents and community members. We can, we will, we must achieve excellence through these pillars.

Thank you for the ongoing support and dedication you provide to Homer Drive each year. You are appreciated for the strong foundation you help us create for our adults of tomorrow.

We eagerly anticipate the continued progress our students will make at Homer Drive, serving as a model for our school district. Homer Drive Elementary is Home of the Mighty Bobcats, and the achievements you will see are the result of all stakeholders’ efforts and dedication.

Our greatest initiative will be to work together to achieve the ACE model's academic, social, and emotional goals. I assure you that our Homer Drive staff will continue to inspire and challenge students with engaging experiences in the classroom, preparing them for their future. We will provide students with opportunities to grow, learn, and reach their full potential as happy and productive citizens.
