Gymnastics is a highly competitive sport where boys compete in 6 acrobatic events and girls compete in 4 events. Gymnastics is a year-round sport that increases agility and coordination. Whether you want to be an excellent football player or the next NCAA cheerleader, gymnastics prepares you for the next level. While improving strength, concentration, flexibility, and balance, gymnastics can give you the discipline you need to improve your overall health and motor skills. Although the gymnastics gym for Beaumont Independent School District is located at Beaumont United High School, students from West Brook can also train and compete in our facilities. This is a growing program students can join with little to no experience.
