PTA Information

PTA, the largest member-based child advocacy association, is a partnership between parents and educators who strive to enhance student learning and enrich the lives of the students within the school. It is also a forum for parents to obtain knowledge and voice their opinions about what is happening in their school. By joining a local PTA, an individual supports critical academic needs, lends an active voice on decisions impacting your child's health, safety and quality of education and builds a stronger, more inclusive school community. Increasing a local PTA's membership by one makes it possible to honor the association's mission: 'To make every child's potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.'
