For returning employees, current year elections have been duplicated and rolled forward to next school year effective September 1, 2025.  You must login to ThebenefitsHUB and make all desired changes to your current benefit elections on or before August 12, 2025.  If you do nothing and take no action, your current year elections will become effective September 1, 2025.  After August 13, 2025, no changes to your benefit elections will be permitted unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.

New hires have a 30 day window from their date of hire in which to complete their benefit enrollment.  New hires that fail to complete their benefits enrollment within the 30 days after their date of hire, will be assigned the EAP and $10,000 basic life insurance.  Health insurance will be declined for the September 1, 2025, plan year.  No changes to a new hire’s benefit elections will be permitted unless a Qualifying Life Event occurs.

Logging into ThebenefitsHUB is easy!  Go to mybenefitshub.com/beaumontisd to get started.  Click on the Login button in the upper right corner.  On the next screen, select Employee and enter your last name, birth month, date and year, followed by the last four digits of your SSN.  ThebenefitsHUB will prompt you where to send your 6-digit code.  Obtain and enter the code.  Get started by completing several required Acknowledgements, which must be read and acknowledged.  Then, follow the remaining screens to enter your legal dependents, make your benefit elections, designate beneficiaries, etc. Continue clicking the “sign and continue button” until you reach the end and see the green check mark designating completion.
