Mentor Teacher Program
Are you ready to share your expertise and shape the next generation of educators? Beaumont ISD is now accepting applications for Mentor Teachers for the 2026-2027 school year!
Why Join?
- Stipend: Earn up to $2,400 per year ($600 per semester per mentee)
- Support: Receive release time during the school day to work with your mentee
- Growth: Attend specialized training and quarterly collaborative PLCs
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of classroom teaching experience
- Proven student growth and achievement
- A passion for leadership and supporting new teachers
Important Dates:
- Applications Open: March 30th – April 20th
- Selection & Notification: May 2026
- Training Dates: June 16th and July 21st
