University Student Requests and Information

Beaumont ISD welcomes all future educators to complete field observation hours within Beaumont ISD schools. 

To receive a placement to complete hours, please complete the request form linked here. 

Before beginning hours, all students will be required to complete the following:

• Complete Volunteer Application. This can take up to 10 days to process, so it is important to do this first.
• Review the Handbook
• Sign the MOU and Handbook Attestation Form
• Watch Safety and Dress Code videos on the website
• Reach out to your host teacher to schedule your visits after you receive an email confirmation of your placement. 

Once you are approved and receive your placement, check in at the front office when you arrive at every visit to receive your yellow badge and lanyard.
