    The Culinary Arts/Hospitality Services course is designed to provide job specific training for employment in the culinary arts and hospitality services career fields.

    Students will prepare and sample a variety of menu items while they learn and practice skills in:

    • baking & pastry arts,
    • culinary arts,
    • front&back of the house service,
    • hospitality,
    • safety, and
    • sanitation.
