At Regina Howell Elementary, students have the opportunity to run for Student Council. There are leadership roles and each classroom has a representative selected by the students. These members work throughout the year on school and community projects. They are also buddies to new students who enroll in Regina Howell during the school year. Information about Student Council is sent home at the begining of each school year.
