Welcome from the Principal

I bring you greetings from the Campus of Dishman Elementary, also known as THE NEST! I am elated to have the opportunity to serve as the Principal and instructional leader of this amazing community of supporters, all dedicated to creating an effective school environment of academic excellence. Each one of our Eagles are special and can move any mountain that stands in their way. We truly believe that all of our students can and will achieve every goal they have, and we will stop at nothing to make their wildest dreams come true. At Dishman, we can, we will, we must ensure every student receives the best education possible, and with your constant support, we will grant every student the best education possible.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for entrusting us with your child's education. It is our goal to provide each student with the academic and social skills they need to be fully functioning individuals in our global community. To achieve that goal, we have set forth the expectation that WE WILL raise student achievement through innovative learning opportunities and experiences. We believe that when parents, teachers, and students unite, we reach the highest levels of success.

Please feel free to visit our school and talk with any of our staff members so that we may meet the needs of each individual student and provide them with the necessary resources for success. We are excited about this journey and want you to know that once you become a Dishman Eagle, you will REMAIN a Dishman Eagle FOR LIFE! We take pride in everything that we do!
