Our program seeks to achieve the following:

- Further the development of the skill sets and abilities of our current, experienced athletes.

- Introduce the basic fundamentals in the process of developing the skill sets and abilities of inexperienced participants.

- Instill the discipline and consistency necessary to field a competitive sub-varsity and varsity team.

- Teach valuable life lessons through the successes and failures of athletic competition.
