Welcome to the 2020-2021 School Year!

  • All processes for Running Start have been moved to this page.  Beaumont ECHS will not hold an in-person running start, but if you need to make an appointment, please call 409-617-6600.  Below you will find the list of all tasks that need to be completed.  It is critical that the student fill out all Google Forms linked below using their BISD accounts.  They can log in through Gmail using the same credentials that were used in Spring 2020.  Each student's email is as follows - BISDID#@bmtisd.com (e.g. 867444@bmtisd.com).

    ALL STUDENTS WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK AND/OR SHIELD THAT COVERS THE MOUTH AND NOSE AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON CAMPUS (except of course to eat, but if food is not going in the mouth then it needs to be covered :) )

    • Complete online registration - start here.  This must be done through parent self-serve.  If a parent self-serve needs to be created, then start by clicking "Register" on the parent self-serve page.  Email favilare@bmtisd.com or acuella@bmtisd.com if you need help with account access.
      • If a parent self-serve account needs to be created, parents will need to have the following information ready:
        • Parent and student names
        • Student ID #
        • Student Date of Birth
        • Home zip code
      • Unless there has been an address change, returning students DO NOT need to submit any documents once online registration is complete.
      • New Students: AFTER registering online, students new to the district need to submit the papers listed below to the campus.  Options for submitting these documents include scanning and emailing, taking pictures and emailing, drop them through the mail slot at the front of the building, or call 409-617-6600 to make an appointment to come to campus to make copies.  Parents have 30 days after the start of school to submit all supporting documentation.  Be sure to include the student's name and ID# on all documentation and communication.

    • Check/Create student self serve account here.  This is where you will find your class schedule on August 17, 2020.
      • Pathways can be reviewed here.
      • Email Ms. Pharis if you are unsure of your pathway.
      • Remember, only 11th and 12th grade students have chosen a pathway.  9th and 10th grade classes are the same on each of the pathways.
    • Club - select first, second, and third choice here (this link will close at 11:59pm, August 3, 2020).
    • Electives - every student (9-12), regardless of pathway, needs to select the top four (4) choices for an elective here (this link will close at 11:59pm, August 3, 2020).  If you do not complete the form, electives will be selected for you.  No schedule changes will be made until November and those changes will go into effect Spring 2020.
    • Apply for a Parking Permit here.

    • School supply lists will be given on the first day of school by each teacher.  Always report to school with something to write with and something to write on.
