Lacharlee Kelly
Lacharlee Kelly started in education in 2021. She attended Lamar Institute of Technology and received an Associates of Applied Science degree in Welding Technology. She began her career teaching at the Career and Technical Education Center. She can be reached at lkelly@bmtisd.com.
