Parent Self Serve

  • The Beaumont Independent School District Parent Self Serve program is available to all parents or guardians of current Beaumont ISD students.  Access will provide parents/guardians with student data including grades, attendance, classroom assignments and the ability to email teachers directly through a student’s schedule.

Parent Self Serve access requires the student’s parent or guardian to apply online using the login link below. Only individuals identified in the student’s records as the parent or guardian may apply for access.

Access requires responsible behavior when viewing the student’s information. Parents/guardians will be held accountable for the proper use of the accounts. The District can monitor, suspend, or revoke access if rules are violated. The person who has an account is responsible at all times for its proper use. Access is a privilege, not a right.  Inappropriate behavior includes:  Using someone else's account, accessing another individual's records, gaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted information or resources, sharing passwords with anyone (including their children), and/or using Parent Self Serve for any illegal activity (including violation of data privacy laws).

Maintaining the security of student information is a priority for Beaumont ISD. Setting up individual parent access involves several detailed steps that guarantee this security. Once these have been completed, the parent will only need to enter a user name and password to access the information. Personal information required to be entered for online access requests include:

    1. Parent/Guardian First and Last Name (must match exactly what is on the student’s record)
    2. Student BISD local ID number (Lunch number)
    3. Student Birth Date
