West Brook band members had a great day in Austin on May 28, 2016 at the UIL Texas State Solo/Ensemble Contest (TSSEC). Students earned 14 medals.

Twenty-five students from the Advanced Placement (AP) Music Theory class took the state exam on May 28, 2016 as well.  Results from the exam will be available in early June.  Fred Turner is the fine arts department head and director of bands at West Brook.
