With summer right around the corner, it’s time to think about keeping children healthy while  school is out. Beaumont ISD’s Child Nutrition Department provides nutritious breakfast and lunch to children during the summer. Each year, the U.S. Department of Agriculture partners with Beaumont ISD to provide free meals to children when school is out for the summer. There are no income requirements or registration. Any child under age 18 may come to eat. The program starts June 7, 2016 and will end in late July. For more information, contact the Child Nutrition Department at 409-617-5065.
