Students in the Harry Potter Club at Odom Academy put their novels aside at the bi-monthly meeting January 19, 2017. Each year, the club practices the ‘Dark Arts’ which are interpreted as drawing with charcoal pencils. Students chose a character from Harry Potter that they would like to draw. “We do a ‘draw along’, which means I draw and talk them through the drawing with me,” explained Odom ART Instructor Suzanne Garrett. “They all try their best, reflect their own marks and do fantastic jobs! It's truly amazing the outcomes of their drawings! Always a successful adventure, well worth the time and always fun.”
