The Jefferson County Bar Association recognized the 2017 Law Day winners at the Jefferson County Courthouse May 5. The poster contest encouraged contestants to draw an interpretation of the Law Day theme "equal protection of the laws". Second place winners received $50 and a certificate; 3rd place received $25 and a certificate. The following Beaumont ISD students were winners and will have their work submitted to the State Bar of Texas competition.
