Students and faculty at the Paul Brown Learning Center are giving back to their community. Non-perishable food items were donated to the Southeast Texas Food Bank during the month of November. In December, efforts were combined with Ozen High School and West Brook High School with the Youth Leadership Southeast Texas (YLSET) Program. Collectively, they are helping the Garth House as their service project for the 2017-18 school year. Brown students and faculty collected and donated 186 toys. Over the holidays, the community service continued. Paul Brown Interim Principal Paula Hood, along with students Deamani Hightower and Brionne Clark, rang the bells for the Salvation Army.
