Beaumont ECHS will host a Lifeshare Blood Drive on September 23, 2021. Students that are 17 or older can make their own decision to give blood. Students that are 16 or older can give blood with a parent signature. If you need a parent signature, that form can be printed below or you can get one in Family. Make sure you eat healthy meals and drink plenty of water in the days leading up to the blood drive. If your parents or family members would like to give blood as well, show them this information and have them register also. For each donation given on our campus on September 23rd, the student to whom it is attributed will receive two hours of community service. For example, if an ECHS student successfully gives blood and both of his parents do as well, that will provide two hours for each for a total of six hours. The maximum number of hours a student can accumulate at each blood drive will be eight hours. Remember, for the hours to count, you must actually give blood. In order to achieve this, it is critical that you eat healthy meals and drink lots of water.
IMPORTANT - If you are 16 and provided a permission form at the last blood drive, then you do not need to do this again. That form is good for one year.
